As per as Green Africa Global Foundation research in the slum areas and schools situation it is clear that the environmental education foundation in this community is very week. The living conditions are far below the required standards. A quick look can show a lot of water and soil pollution, poor waste management systems, smelly sewage, dismal or no health facilities, sanitation problem, and few infrastructures.

Our mission is to transform these areas into a green and safe haven.  To deal with these challenges we must adequately prepare the children for the future they will inherit. That requires a commitment to providing children with health and environmental education that helps them become the educated thought leaders of tomorrow. We seek to empower school children who are in the communities and governmental schools in these areas, equipping them with knowledge on how to conserve the environment in an efficient and effective way.

These schools need more encouragement, resources, and time to devote attention to environmental education. They need funding and other support to train teachers and local communities to incorporate health and environmental education into their everyday lesson plans and to develop the confidence and skills to take their students outdoors to learn.

Supporting the elderly with our “Green Angels” team , empowering youth of the community with technical knowledge to make a better and happier community is our goals as well.
